Job Summary

Codexpert, Inc., a software product company specializing in WordPress and SaaS product development, is seeking a WordPress Plugin Developer (mid-level) to join our dynamic team. As a WordPress Plugin Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and developing complex systems to meet the needs of our global user base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance the web-building experience for businesses and individuals worldwide.

Requirements

This is the right position for the candidate with-

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in WordPress plugin development.
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with popular plugins like WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, and MemberPress.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, and architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to –

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress plugins.
  • Implement new features and optimize existing plugins.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plugin issues.
  • Review and provide feedback on the code.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of plugins.
  • Ensure plugin security and compatibility with WordPress updates.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but skilled developers from other fields are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find and fix complex bugs efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Salary & Others

→ BDT 45,000 to 80,000 per month based on your skill and experience.
→ Payment on the very first day of the month.
→ 5 days a week. Friday and Saturday weekend.
→ Strict office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., including a one-hour break.
