Job Summary

Codexpert, Inc., is looking for an experienced and dynamic React Developer (WordPress) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will help us enhance our WordPress products, leveraging React.js to create seamless, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. If you are a proactive problem-solver, passionate about coding, and driven to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

This is the right position for the candidate with-

  • Solid PHP Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in developing WordPress plugins.
  • React.js Expertise: At least 2+ years of hands-on experience building React.js applications.
  • WordPress Plugin Development: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience.
  • OOP and Design Patterns: Strong grasp of object-oriented programming, namespaces, traits, and design patterns.
  • State Management: Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux.js.
  • JavaScript Mastery: Deep understanding of ES6+ JavaScript concepts.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to iterate based on customer needs and business priorities.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to –

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress products with React.js integrations.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable functional React components.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business needs into technical solutions.
  • Utilize WordPress hooks, actions, and APIs to create dynamic functionality.
  • Ensure product scalability, performance, and security.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for top-notch performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in React.js and WordPress development.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but skilled developers from other fields are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find and fix complex bugs efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Salary & Others

→ BDT 40,000 to 70,000 per month based on your skill and experience.
→ Payment on the very first day of the month.
→ 5 days a week. Friday and Saturday weekend.
→ Strict office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., including a one-hour break.
→ 2 salary reviews per year.
