Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager (WordPress) to spearhead the marketing efforts for our exceptional line of WordPress plugins. Join us in the challenge of promoting and showcasing our products to a wide audience and helping us achieve remarkable success in the market.

Requirements

This is the right position for the candidate with-

1. Experience: Experience in marketing WordPress products, especially plugins. At least 4 years of experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, or similar role(s).
2. WordPress Proficiency: A deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including familiarity with plugin development, themes, WordPress core, and the needs of WordPress users.
3. Digital Marketing Skills: Strong skills in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, paid promotion, and content marketing.
4. Creative Thinking: The ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to stand out in a competitive market.
5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey the value of the plugins and interact with users and potential partners.
7. Team Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively with product development teams, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
8. Leadership: Leadership skills are required to manage a marketing team, freelancers, or external agencies.
9. Adaptability: The WordPress ecosystem evolves rapidly, so staying up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and changes is essential.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to –

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote WordPress plugins, targeting the right audience, and aligning with the company’s goals.
2. Product Positioning: Define and communicate the unique value propositions of the plugins, differentiating them from competitors in the WordPress ecosystem.
3. Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, video tutorials, social media updates, and other relevant materials to engage users and showcase the benefits of the plugins.
4. Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate leads, such as creating landing pages, and email campaigns, and utilizing SEO and SEM techniques to drive organic and paid traffic.
5. User Engagement: Foster a strong user community by actively engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, providing support, and gathering feedback to improve the products.
6. Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships with other WordPress-related businesses, influencers, and communities to expand the plugin’s reach.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.

Salary & Others

→ BDT 70,000 to 100,000 per month based on your skill and experience.
→ Payment on the very first day of the month.
