Responsibilities

As a Content Writer, you need to have done the following:-

• Passion for Content Creation: Demonstrated enthusiasm for creating various types of content, including blogs and web pages, preferably with prior experience in personal blog or webpage management.
• Self-Motivated Learner: Proven ability to independently seek out and absorb new information online, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and skill acquisition, even with minimal supervision.
• Resilience and Growth Mindset: Ability to accept constructive criticism positively, viewing it as an opportunity for personal improvement rather than taking it personally, while maintaining a commitment to leaving a positive impact on the web.
• Exceptional Written Communication: Proficiency in written communication with keen attention to detail, ensuring clarity and coherence in all written materials, given that written communication is the primary mode of interaction.
• Research Proficiency: Expertise in online research, including the capability to comprehend and simplify technical aspects of products for non-technical end-users, along with the aptitude to find information effectively online.

Requirements

This is the right position for you if-

• Content Creation: Generate engaging and informative content such as blog posts, technical documentation, emails, and other marketing materials to promote company products effectively.
• Clarity and Simplification: Ensure all written communications are clear, devoid of technical jargon, and easily understandable for users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
• SEO Integration: Utilize keyword research and adhere to SEO guidelines to enhance web traffic and visibility of company content.
• Consistency and Branding: Maintain consistency in style, fonts, images, and tone across all written materials to reinforce the company’s brand identity.
• Data-Informed Decision Making: Utilize data insights to inform content creation decisions, aiming to provide value to customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, development, and support, to develop comprehensive content strategies and materials that align with company objectives.

Good to have

• WordPress Proficiency: Hands-on experience with WordPress, demonstrating familiarity with its functionalities and features.
• Copywriting and Email Marketing: Previous experience in copywriting and email marketing roles, showcasing the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
• Personal Blogging: Ownership of a personal blog where regular content creation is demonstrated, highlighting writing proficiency and commitment to content creation.

Salary & Others

• BDT 20,000 to 25,000 per month based on your skill and experience.
• Payment is on the very first day of the month.
• 2 salary reviews per year.
