Requirements
This is the right position for the candidate with-
→ Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role. Working knowledge of UX design principles.
→ Making creative digital banners, and posters for social media like Facebook, YouTube & any other relevant platforms.
→ Excellent and Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & any other related software.
→ In-depth knowledge of user-centric design processes and usability principles.
→ User interface design.
→ Portfolio of design projects.
→ Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, Balsamiq, Sketch, and InVision).
→ UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision.
→ Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics, Animation & Video Editing will be a plus.
→ Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
→ Fluent in English and strong writing skills.
→ Good time-management skills.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to –
→ Identify UX design needs for the company’s digital assets.
→ Develop and conceptualize UX/UI strategies for the brand.
→ Produce high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards.
→ Design UI elements, such as search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and tabs, for the company’s digital assets using various UI/UX tools.
→ Test UI elements, such as banners, CTAs, page designs, page layouts, target links, and page flows, for landing pages.
→ Collaborate with the marketing team and internal and external designers to make sure that tailor-made content is being created and delivered to digital users.
→ Advice and guide the implementation of UX research methods and tests to ensure proper prediction and analysis of user behavior.
→ Adhere to the graphic design and typography style standards.
Qualifications
→ At least 3 years of Work experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a related role is required.
→ Portfolio of work in UX/UI design for mobile and web platforms.
→ Excellent knowledge of Sketch, InVision, HTML, Visio, iOS, Android, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software.
→ We don’t care about the academic certificates, but it adds value if you have one.
Salary & Others
→ BDT 25,000 to 40,000 per month based on your skill and experience.
→ Payment on the very first day of the month.
→ 2 salary reviews per year.

→ 5 days a week. Friday and Saturday weekends.
