Requirements

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to –

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process and successful software/application design projects.

  • High proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with user research methodologies and usability testing tools.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment and manage multiple project priorities effectively.

  • Bonus Qualifications:

    • Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or developer tools.

    • Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.

    • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.

Responsibilities

    • Partner with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to translate complex business logic and user stories into clear, actionable design requirements.

    • Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.

    • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design concepts and identify areas for improvement.

    • Rapidly iterate on designs based on user data, technical feedback, and evolving project goals.

    • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and component library to ensure consistency across all Codexpert products.

    • Work closely with front-end development teams to provide detailed design specifications and ensure faithful implementation of the user interface.

Salary & Others

  • BDT 30,000 – 50,000 per month based on your skill and experience.
  • Payment on the very first day of the month.
  • 5 days a week. Friday and Saturday weekend.
  • Strict office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., including a one-hour break.
  • No extra minutes of work unless it’s deadly urgent.
  • Friendly environment.
