Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. As a UI/UX intern, you will work closely with our product and development teams to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our WordPress plugins. You will gain hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing while contributing to real-world projects.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to –

  • Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new and existing WordPress plugins.

  • Conduct user research to understand pain points and improve user experience.

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design with business goals.

  • Assist in maintaining design systems and style guides for consistency.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and interaction design.

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress and plugin ecosystems is a plus.

  • Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs.

Salary & Others

  • BDT 10,000 per month based on your skill and experience.
  • Payment on the very first day of the month.
  • 5 days a week. Friday and Saturday weekend.
  • Strict office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., including a one-hour break.
  • No extra minutes of work unless it’s deadly urgent.
